Wall Art Promotion — Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Wall Art Promotion ("Promotion") offered by Gelato ASA ("Gelato").
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Terms, which supplement the Gelato Terms of Service ("Terms of Service").
Capitalized terms not defined here have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Service, these Terms shall prevail for the duration of the Promotion.
1. Eligibility
This Promotion is open to customers who:
(i) hold an active Gelato account in good standing; and
(ii) have not previously placed an order for any framed poster, framed canvas, or poster with hanger product through Gelato ("First-Time Framed Product Customers").
Existing Gelato+ / Platinum Subscribers. Customers who hold an active Gelato+ or Gelato Platinum subscription and who have previously purchased framed products are not eligible for the 25% promotional discount under this Promotion. However, such subscribers continue to receive their standard Gelato+ subscription discount (up to 20% off) on all eligible products, including framed products, in accordance with their subscription terms.
Each customer's eligibility is determined by Gelato's order records at the time of purchase. Gelato's determination of eligibility is final.
Offers are personal to the recipient account, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from 24 March 2026 to 30 March 2026 at 23:59 UTC ("Promotion Period"). Orders must be placed before the end of the Promotion Period to qualify for the promotional discount.
Gelato reserves the right to extend, shorten, or modify the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.
3. Promotion Details
(A) Promotional Discount
Eligible First-Time Framed Product Customers will receive a 25% discount on the Gelato production cost of the following product categories during the Promotion Period:
(i) Framed Posters (wooden framed posters, premium wooden framed posters, and metal framed posters);
(ii) Framed Canvas; and
(iii) Posters with Hangers.
The discount applies to the base production cost only and does not apply to shipping costs, taxes, or any other fees.
All applicable discounts are displayed in the customer's Gelato dashboard, product catalog, and applicable checkout pages.
(B) Combination of Offers
This promotional discount cannot be combined with other promotional discounts, volume-based pricing, or referral promotions unless explicitly stated.
4. Eligible Products and Territories
The promotional discount applies only to the product categories listed in Section 3(A) and is available in all territories where Gelato offers these products.
The discount applies to all available sizes, frame colours, and paper types within the eligible product categories.
5. Final Price at Checkout
The final price for any order is the price confirmed at checkout, inclusive of any applicable discounts, shipping costs, and taxes. Discounts are applied automatically for eligible customers during the Promotion Period.
Gelato reserves the right to correct any pricing errors. No retroactive discounts will be applied to orders placed outside the Promotion Period.
6. Changes to the Promotion
Gelato may modify, suspend, or discontinue these Terms or any element of this Promotion at any time, without prior notice or liability. This includes the right to alter discount amounts, eligible products, or the Promotion Period.
7. Abuse and Recovery
Gelato further reserves the right to revoke the promotional discount, cancel orders, and pursue recovery of the full undiscounted price where it reasonably determines that a customer has abused or attempted to abuse the Promotion, including by circumventing the eligibility criteria in Section 1.
8. General; Privacy; Governing Law
This Promotion is subject to the Terms of Service (including governing law and dispute resolution) and the Gelato Privacy Policy. Participation involves the processing of personal data as described therein.
