Wall Art 30% Reward Rebate Campaign Extended Offer

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Wall Art 30% Reward Rebate Campaign (“Campaign”) offered by Gelato exclusively to the designated wall art sellers. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to these Terms, which supplement and are subject to the Gelato Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict, the Gelato Terms of Service shall prevail.

1. Eligibility

This Campaign is available solely to a selection of wall art sellers identified by Gelato based on their print spend and selling countries.

2. Campaign Period

  • Rebate Accumulation Period: March 1, 2025 – March 31, 2025During this period, rebates will be accrued on all qualifying wall art orders placed in the UK and Germany.

  • Rebate Distribution Period: Rebates will be released and distributed in equal daily instalments over a 90-day period, commencing on April 1, 2025, by way of credits posted to the Rebates Wallet at 11:59pm UTC each day.

3. Reward Details

  • Eligible Orders:Only orders for wall art products are eligible. The calculation is performed on an order item level; if an order contains wall art and other product categories, only the wall art portion will be considered.

  • Calculation:Credits are calculated at 30% of the post-discount item revenue for qualifying wall art orders, excluding shipping costs and taxes.

  • Non-Cumulative:Customer shall not be eligible to join other Gelato’s promotions or rebates programs during Rebate Accumulation Period, unless agreed by Gelato. Product spend covered by this Campaign will not be used to calculate rebates under other Gelato’s automated reward programs.

4. Application of Credits

  • Rebates will be issued as Gelato wallet credits (“Credits”) that can be applied toward your product spend at Gelato. All Credits must be used within 90 days of issuance, after which they will expire.

5. Limitations and Exclusions

  • Credits are distributed only after surpassing €90.

  • Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Customers are responsible for any tax liabilities arising from the receipt or use of Credits.

  • Orders outside the wall art category are excluded.

  • Gelato reserves the right to verify eligibility and may, at its sole discretion, adjust, suspend, or terminate the Campaign, including reclaiming or cancelling Credits for orders found ineligible, fraudulent, disputed, or subject to chargeback.

  • If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect..

By participating in this Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
