Bigger baskets, bigger profits Promotion — Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the Bigger Baskets, Bigger Profits Promotion ("Promotion") offered by Gelato ASA ("Gelato").
By participating in this Promotion, you agree to these Terms, which supplement the Gelato Terms of Service ("Terms of Service").
Capitalized terms not defined here have the same meaning ascribed to them in the Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Terms of Service, these Terms shall prevail for the duration of the Promotion.
1. Eligibility
This Promotion is open to customers who:
(i) hold an active Gelato account in good standing; and
(ii) are not subscribed to a Gelato+, Gelato Platinum, or any other paid subscription plan at the time of purchase ("Eligible Customers").
Existing Subscribers. Customers who hold an active Gelato+, Gelato Platinum, or any other paid subscription are not eligible for the 10% promotional discount under this Promotion. However, such subscribers continue to receive their standard subscription discount (up to 25% off) on all eligible products in accordance with their subscription terms.
This Promotion cannot be combined with the first-order 30% discount offer.
Each customer's eligibility is determined by Gelato's account records at the time of purchase. Gelato's determination of eligibility is final.
Offers are personal to the recipient account, non-transferable, and non-redeemable for cash.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion runs from 15 April 2026 to 3 May 2026 at 23:59 UTC ("Promotion Period"). Orders must be placed before the end of the Promotion Period to qualify for the promotional discount.
Gelato reserves the right to extend, shorten, or modify the Promotion Period at its sole discretion.
3. Promotion Details
(A) Promotional Discount
Eligible Customers will receive a 10% discount on the Gelato production cost of qualifying orders during the Promotion Period, subject to the following conditions:
(i) the order must contain 2 or more items; and
(ii) the total product value of the order must equal or exceed €30 (or the equivalent in local currency at the time of purchase).
The discount applies to the base production cost only and does not apply to shipping costs, taxes, or any other fees.
The discount is applied automatically at checkout for Eligible Customers whose orders meet the qualifying conditions. No promo code is required.
All applicable discounts are displayed in the customer's order basket and applicable checkout pages.
(B) Combination of Offers
This promotional discount cannot be combined with other promotional discounts, subscription discounts, the first-order 30% discount, volume-based pricing, or referral promotions unless explicitly stated.
4. Eligible Products and Territories
The promotional discount applies to all product categories available through Gelato, provided the qualifying conditions in Section 3(A) are met.
The Promotion is available in the following markets: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Australia.
The minimum order value of €30 is calculated in EUR. For orders placed in other currencies, the equivalent value is determined by Gelato's internal currency conversion at the time of purchase.
5. Final Price at Checkout
The final price for any order is the price confirmed at checkout, inclusive of any applicable discounts, shipping costs, and taxes. Discounts are applied automatically for Eligible Customers during the Promotion Period.
Gelato reserves the right to correct any pricing errors. No retroactive discounts will be applied to orders placed outside the Promotion Period.
6. Changes to the Promotion
Gelato may modify, suspend, or discontinue these Terms or any element of this Promotion at any time, without prior notice or liability. This includes the right to alter discount amounts, eligible products, or the Promotion Period.
7. Abuse and Recovery
Gelato further reserves the right to revoke the promotional discount, cancel orders, and pursue recovery of the full undiscounted price where it reasonably determines that a customer has abused or attempted to abuse the Promotion, including by circumventing the eligibility criteria in Section 1.
8. General; Privacy; Governing Law
This Promotion is subject to the Terms of Service (including governing law and dispute resolution) and the Gelato Privacy Policy. Participation involves the processing of personal data as described therein.
