The Gelato API can be configured to send webhook events to notify your application any time that an event happens on your order. The Gelato API sends the Event object, via a HTTP POST request, to any endpoint URLs that you have provided us.

Gelato works with the Forest Stewardship Council, an organization that promotes the practice of sustainable forestry worldwide. All paper types used by Gelato are certified by the FSC.

You can upload a print-ready file to Gelato, or you can use our online design editor to create your file from scratch. Select format, add layers, upload and choose pictures. Our integration also allows your customers to customize the products they want to buy.

We start producing your products the day after an order comes in. Through the Gelato portal you can get live updates on status, production log, or tracking information.

We produce your customized print products with more than 100 production partners in 33 countries. Because we produce locally, transportation distances and carbon emissions are reduced, and delivery is fast and reliable.

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the products your customers received, get in touch and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution. If your claim is validated by our quality assurance team, we will send a reprint to your customers as quickly as possible.

Most orders are produced and delivered within 3–5 days. Local production makes our delivery reliable, fast and less vulnerable to supply chain disruptions.

You only pay for the products you produce. We accept most credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, and JCB. As an enterprise, you can also pay by invoice.

Gelato Wallets allows you to add a prepaid amount to your account and use the balance to pay for orders. Once a Wallet is activated you decide the amount you want to prepay. You can also enable automatic top-ups for when your balance gets too low.

Because we produce locally in 32 countries, you do not have to worry about cross-border shipping, managing customs and import duties for many of the countries we deliver to.
