No. Both Store Link products are paid add-ons within GelatoConnect or GelatoConnect Apparel. The €2,000/month price assumes you have a live GelatoConnect subscription. If you don't, talk to sales and we'll scope GelatoConnect and Store Link together.

How is Store Link: Ecommerce different from Store Link: Web-to-Print? +

Store Link: Ecommerce is a white-label print-on-demand platform. It gives your merchants a branded storefront with AI-powered listing tools and connections to Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. Store Link: Web-to-Print is a native B2B ordering portal. It gives your corporate clients a branded portal where their teams personalize templates, order business cards or collateral, and route through approval workflows. Different buyer, different workflow, different product.

Can I run both Store Link products? +

Yes. The two products share one contract. PSPs who serve both merchant marketplaces and corporate clients run both on a single GelatoConnect subscription. Talk to sales for combined pricing.

Will my merchants and clients see Gelato branding? +

No. Both products are full white-label. PSP logo, PSP domain, PSP transactional emails. Zero Gelato references in the UI, URLs, or emails your merchants or clients see.

Which Connect products is Store Link compatible with? +

Both Store Link products are paid add-ons to GelatoConnect (commercial print) and GelatoConnect Apparel (DTG, DTF, embroidery, sublimation). GelatoConnect handles production, procurement, and logistics. Store Link handles the storefront layer above it.
