As the company accelerates its production power to support the surge in new customers, Rebecca has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer. Together with her teams, Rebecca will accelerate Gelato’s future-proofing of global supply chains, making it possible for any business to produce and ship locally, where the end recipient is located.

“Rebecca has been instrumental in accelerating Gelato to the position we have today. She has been a member of the Gelato leadership team for more than 6 years, helping expand Gelato’s global presence to more than 130+ production hubs across 32 countries, and improving our routing and logistics software to seamlessly fuel production on behalf of 25,000 new ecommerce sellers in 2022,” says Founder and CEO Henrik Müller-Hansen.

“By effectively routing millions of orders from global customers to local producers, Gelato reduces the environmental footprint of the orders and connects more and more manufacturing partners to the world’s largest network for production on demand. I am excited to continue my journey with Gelato in this new role, and I look forward to working with our ecosystem of partners to accelerate the shift towards local production in a way that is better for our customers, partners, and the environment,” says Razulis.

Before joining Gelato, Rebecca held leadership roles within Retail and Customer Service at Amazon (UK), including leading Customer Experience and Delivery Experience programs to predict and prevent customer issues using data. Prior to Amazon, she worked as a Strategy & Operations consultant at Deloitte specializing in global logistics. Rebecca holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BA in Latin American Studies and East Asian Studies from the Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
