Gelato Globe launches new mobile app for very busy people
Securing quality is what we’re all about. Since printing is a chemical processes, many factors can affect quality, including but not limited to:
Even printing with the same print house, using the same print machines, same paper type and print file, you can get different results.
Two significant factors are machine and paper types. We have only included HP Indigos and Xerox machines in our network, and make sure that we print on the same paper types all over the world. As any printer can attest, 100% consistency is impossible, but thanks to our careful quality control, we manage to get as close to perfect as possible.
We have learned so much about paper over the last years. For example, you have to consider data points for paper thickness, brightness, whiteness, opacity and shade. Since we care deeply about the environment, we do not produce paper in one mill to have it sent across the world. Instead, we find paper types around the world that match the same data points. 100% consistency is impossible, but thanks to our dedication and quality control, we manage to get as close to perfect as possible.
If you are not happy with the quality of your prints, we will reprint them for free. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of delivery. Please note this does not apply to file related errors.
