Business Development Representative

Gelato is a global software company with 150 employees in 11 offices around the world. We are bringing sharing economy principles into the $800 billion printing industry (which by the way is 50 times larger than the music industry (recorded music)). The problem is that companies are printing centrally and shipping materials around the world for events, distributors or for local offices. Our vision is to change this and help companies print locally and on-demand. In this way we can reduce shipping distances up to 90% and lower print volumes 50% or more. Gelato is a start-up, but we are already used by large global companies such as ThermoFisher (70.000 employees), Jacobs (50.000 employees), ClubCar, Miele, Hexagon, Lufthansa Cargo and many more

Position summary

As Sales Development Representative you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying sales opportunities for Gelato Globe’s sales organization. In doing so your tasks will include, but not be limited to:

Our product suite compels business leaders to think differently about their own businesses which is no easy task to accomplish. Using all the skills in your toolbox, and the one we give you and help you develop, you will be on the forefront of our interaction with our most important important assets, our customers.
