What you will be doing
Routing lies at the heart of our Gelato platform. This is the function that decides in the moment which of our rapidly growing network of print houses and logistics partners is best placed to receive a customer order, produce and ship the finished product to the final destination. Our algorithm balances speed, quality and travel distance (amongst other factors) to find the smartest route for each of our millions of orders. The algorithm finds not only great results for our customers, but also controls volume and stock at our production partners to ensure they are operating at peak efficiency.
As Product Manager for the Gelato Routing team, you will define the product strategy, roadmap and drive the execution with a team of experienced and motivated engineers to scale our routing algorithms and support Gelato’s operations and expansion around the world. This is a complex, analytical, multi-dimensional space, requiring some serious skills, and we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our team and drive our operations to world-class standards.

This is a key role within the Gelato team, and we are seeking a skilled product manager who can help us both shape strategy and to execute against a bold and aggressive roadmap to support Gelato’s rapidly scaling business operations.
You will be an inspiring leader and team member, equally comfortable engaging in the detail with engineering teams and analysts across Gelato as you are working with partners, customers and leaders around the business to drive our routing platform to new heights.
