Gelato Rebates Program 2025

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Rebates Program 2025 (“Program”) offered by Gelato. By participating in this Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, which supplement Gelato Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined here have the same meaning ascribed to them in Gelato Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Gelato Terms of Service, the Gelato Terms of Service shall prevail.

1. Eligibility

This Program is by invitation only and is open to Gelato customers (“Eligible Customers”) who receive a direct invitation email from Gelato. To participate, Eligible Customers must opt into the Program and agree to these Terms by the deadline specified in their invitation email. Eligibility is determined based on the customer not having previously sold products within the specific product category they are being invited to launch.

2. Program Period

Opt-in Period: Eligible Customers must opt into the Program via the link provided in their invitation email. The deadline to opt-in will be specified in the email.

Rebate Earning Period: The period during which rebates can be earned commences on the date the Eligible Customer successfully opts into the Program and ends at 23:59 CET on 31 December 2025 (“Rebate Earning Period”).

3. Rebate Details

Rebate Rate: Eligible Customers will receive a 15% rebate on Net Revenue from sales of products within their designated Qualifying Product Category. Rebates will be issued in the form of Gelato wallet credits (“Credits”).

Qualifying Product Category: For each Eligible Customer, the “Qualifying Product Category” is the specific product category (i.e., ‘Wall Art’ or ‘Apparel’) identified in their invitation email.  This must be a product category in which the customer has not previously recorded any sales through Gelato before opt-in.

Net Revenue: "Net Revenue" is defined as the total price of the product sold, excluding any costs for shipping, taxes, applied discounts or rebates, or other fees. Revenue from orders that are subsequently returned, cancelled or refunded will not be included in the Net Revenue calculation.

4. Rebate Payout and Use of Credits

Payout Schedule: Rebates earned in a given calendar month during the Rebate Earning Period will be calculated and paid out as Credits to the Eligible Customer’s Gelato wallet on or around the first business day of the following month. The anticipated payout schedule is as follows:

  • August 3, 2025

  • September 3, 2025

  • October 3, 2025

  • November 3, 2025

  • December 3, 2025

  • January 3, 2026

Use of Credits: Credits can be used to pay for any future product spend at Gelato. They cannot be used on non-product spend such as shipping, taxes.

Credits Expiry: All Credits awarded under this Program expire and must be used within three months of rebate payment Any unused Credits will be forfeited after this date.

5. Limitations and Exclusions

(i) Program Scope: This Program applies exclusively to sales within the Customer's designated Qualifying Product Category (Wall Art or Apparel), as specified in their invitation email. All other product categories are excluded.

(ii) Non-Transferability: Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

(iii) Refunds and Cancellations: Orders that are cancelled or refunded for any reason are excluded from Net Revenue calculations. If an order that generated a rebate is later refunded, the corresponding rebate amount will be deducted from a future payout or reclaimed by Gelato.

(iv) Stacking Promotions: Net Revenue already included in any other Gelato discount or rebate program is not eligible for this Program.

(v) Tax Liability: Customers are solely responsible for any tax liabilities arising from the receipt or use of Credits.

(vi) GELATO RESERVES THE RIGHT, IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION, TO AMEND THESE TERMS WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. GELATO FURTHER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DETERMINE ELIGIBILITY FOR, AND TO ADJUST, SUSPEND, OR TERMINATE THE PROGRAM AT ANY TIME. THIS INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, THE ADJUSTMENT, RECLAMATION, OR CANCELLATION OF ANY CREDITS ASSOCIATED WITH TRANSACTIONS THAT ARE SUBSEQUENTLY FOUND TO BE INELIGIBLE, FRAUDULENT, DISPUTED, OR SUBJECT TO CHARGEBACK.

(vii) Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
