How are your prices?

What many companies do wrong is to only look at print prices. It is important to evaluate the total cost of printing (TCP): printing, shipping, print waste / excess printing, import taxes (when shipping prints globally) and internal admin time. Customers that fully utilize Gelato can expect up to 50% reduction in total cost of printing.

How do you secure quality?

Gelato offers a 100% quality guarantee. Working to secure quality with our global print partners is the core of what we do. We carefully select the printers for our network and less than 20% of applications are approved. Multiple factors will influence colors and consistency during printing: machine type, machine setting, paper types, humidity in the room, and when the machine was last cleaned, just to mention a few. Printing is a chemical process, and you can never achieve 100% consistency, but by printing on the same print machines, the same paper types and by implementing strict working processes at the print houses, we are able to close the gap to a large extent.

Can I order with my local currency?

Yes, we support 23 different currencies and can send invoices to local entities in local currency with local VAT rates.

Which countries do you deliver in?

We deliver to an extensive list of countries and have local production in most regions.

Are there hidden costs?

There are no hidden fees. The total cost is shown to you before you place the orders. Since we produce locally there are no customs or duties.

Is there tracking information on the orders?

Yes, from the moment an order has been printed, packaged and scanned for delivery, your order details are updated with tracking information from our selected 3rd-party courier. Now you can track orders end-to-end on one platform.

What is the fastest turnaround time for delivery?

Most packages are delivered 3 business days after the order has been placed and confirmed. Exceptions may occur for high volumes, complex formats (glue binding takes 1 day extra), or certain countries. Today we print locally in US, Canada, Brazil, Chile, Europe, Singapore, India, Russia, China, Australia and New Zealand.

Is your solution scalable at an enterprise level?

What products can Gelato print?

Can I call your suppliers directly?

We provide you with a single point of contact for all of your needs. We take all of the nuances of ordering off your plate and handle it ourselves to give you back your time.

Are there limitations for amount of users?

There is no limitations on the number of users within your account. We will also provide comprehensive features to help you control user-level access.
