Sell More, Save More Promotion Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the B2B Sales Promotion ("Promotion") offered by Gelato.  These Terms are subject to Gelato Terms of Service (“Gelato T&C”).  All capitalized terms in these Terms shall have the same meaning ascribed to them in Gelato T&C.  In case of conflict, the Gelato T&C shall prevail. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to comply with these Terms.  Gelato reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion and to amend these Terms at its sole discretion. 

1. Eligibility:

This Promotion is open to Customers who: -

  1. have an active Customer Accounts; and

  2. are not currently a Gelato Platinum customer. 

2. Promotion Period:

The Promotion will run from 4 October 2023 to 5 December 2023 (both dates inclusive). 

3. Promotion Details:

The specific details of the Promotion, will be communicated to eligible Customers via email, the Gelato App or other appropriate channels.

During the Promotion Period, eligible Customers will be entitled to the following discounts:- 

Existing Customers who do not have a current subscription or who are Gelato+ subscribers: 50% off the total standard shipping price when buying more than one (1) item, valid in Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, the US, the UK and EU markets and across all existing product categories.  This discount offer is only limited to orders shipped using the most economical shipping method available in the relevant countries and shall not apply to express shipping. 

Existing Customers who are Gelato+ Gold subscribers or who upgrade to a Gelato+ Gold membership annual plan during the Promotion Period: Free standard shipping when buying more than one (1) item, valid in Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, the US, the UK and EU markets and across all existing product categories. The free shipping is only limited to orders shipped using the most economical shipping method available in the relevant countries and shall not apply to express shipping. 

4. Application of Discount:

The above discounts shall automatically apply to the Customer Accounts of the eligible Customers. 

Discounts under this Promotion are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers offered by Gelato.

5. Exclusions:

The Promotion may exclude certain products, services, or Customers at the sole discretion of Gelato. The Promotion cannot be applied to previous purchases.
