As a Project Manager (Implementation) you will be responsible for guiding customers through Gelato setup, tool training, and initial launch and rollout. You will work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid them in achieving these. You will develop, prepare, and nurture customers for advocacy. Our customers vary in size and industry, so we are looking for motivated team members who have strong communication skills, a passion for helping people, an interest in problem-solving, and the flexibility to help with a variety of projects.
